Benefits of Yoga
Yoga, improves your flexibility, builds muscle strength, increases blood flow, and improves your balance. Yoga is a form of exercise, so it burns calories.
Meditation Tutorial
To meditate, one should find a quiet space, preferably in a dark or dimly lit room. Sit down, preferably on a yoga mat. Find whatever position is most comfortable for you whether it is cross legged or feet together. Do not have a back support as this will encourage sleep rather than relaxation. Close your eyes in your position of comfort and become aware of each part of your body one section at a time. After that try to keep a clear and blank mind and if you notice your mind wandering, stop it.
